Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a problem like this on thier phones. I just bought a virgin pay as you go phone and everything has been going great, except when I went to set up my voicemail. It tells you to hold down the #1 button and it will call voicemail and they will give you instructions and you can record your message, but when I did it it connects me to someone elses phone either a private residence or someones cell phone. help

Try calling your own mobile phone number instead.

Also, sounds like call forwarding possibly.

On Virgin Mobile, the voicemail number is your own phone number. If it is dialing someone else's number, you should call Customer Service and they will assist you. It's possible that the phone may require reprogramming.
