According to the page I posted: If the code is not "000000" or "040793" then you might have to get the code from Sprint. Not sure how that works, but I guess you could just ask them.
sprint dont like giving out there unlock codes, my dad brought in some sprint phones to have them unlock them, they said they dont do it cause of company policy... on alot of lg phones, pressing menu + 0 will prompt for a 6 digit code wich will then allow you into the field test menu, verizon phones have 000000 as there 6 digit number,
sprints employees can be tightwads at times, i recomend a 3rd party unlocker, such as some used cellphone dealer.
