I have alltel Uprepaid service. When i first got the phone i could send pictures and audio just fine. For some reason i cannot send them. I can still send texts. The error i get is "Service Not Activated On Network". I just started getting these errors. Anyone have any info on why?

There was someone on howard forums with a similar problem from NC. Unfortunately I don't know how to solve this. What has CS said about it so far?

I would stop by the local store for that error, especially since you're a pre-paid customer. I only say that because if it's a network problem and other people in your area have been having the same problem, the rep in your area would probably be the person that would know. If it's something with your phone or account, they should be able to find that too. AlltelU pre-paid tech support over the phone is also very poor with a long wait time and outsourced to a 3rd party overseas.
