    Yes it is, just like the 800w is the replacement for the 700w/wx.

    As far as I know, it will be WM 6.1 with HSDPA, WiFi & built in GPS.

    I am looking forward to it as a replacement for my 750. :)

    I will be looking forward to the 800w, which has a release date of July 22nd for Sprint. I just hope they fix the bluetooth and put in a better screen this time. Even with those two issues fixed, I am still liking my Touch a lot. And with HTC coming out with CDMA equvelents of the Diamond & Rapheal later this year. I may just pass on the 800w.

    Just came across some specifications for the phone from Boy Genius Report:

    * 14 mm in thickness, width 60 mm and length 113 mm
    * GSM, EDGE and UMTS HSDPA 3.6
    * aGPS
    * Wi-FI b/g
    * 320Ă—320 screen, touch panel
    * micro-SD slot under the battery
    * 2 MP camera
    * 1500 mAh battery
    * A micro-USB connector for both power and sync
    * Bluetooth 2.0 EDR + A2DP, 256 MB NAND-Flash (> 175 MB for user), 32 MB SDRAM
    * Windows Mobile Pro 6.1

    Sounds like a Treo winner!

    Everyone should be aware that with WM6.1 you should not be cheating and teathering on a non-teathering plan. There is much talk on XDA Developers about 6.1 having changes so your carrier can more easily catch people teathering on data plans they should not be.
