tracfone question

    hello i have a tracfone, and i tried calling a 1900 number, but it said "check call restrictions 05".... i guess i cant call 1900 numbers :( is there anyway i can "unrestrict" it or something to call it? please help i would be very grateful :)

    My only guess would be to call 611 and try to get the block removed. Being a prepaid service they may not allow 900 numbers because they don't have a system in place to bill you. They do not know what the per minute charge is until they are billed, so they don't know how much to take off of your available time.

    I don't think you can call 900, 976, etc numbers with any cell-phone provider, prepaid or postpaid.
