Common problem with Tracphone. Tracphone's devices are configured, and sold primarily for voice calls.
I was merely commenting that that's a common complaint from Tracphone customers. Tracphone's marketing is for cheap prepaid voice service. They probably could increase profitability by offering games & ringtones on their phones, but AFAIK they do not.
Call the customer service hotline. Tracfone has wonderful representatives that can assist you with all of your problems. When i activated my tracfone phone for my children they were very helpful and im sure they can help you too.
