I have seen the phone at Wal-Mart. I on the other hand have a Nokia 2600 and I think it is awesome.

I saw the 2600 at Target, it is a decent phone.

I also recently discovered "texting". I pay T-Mobile $4.99 a month for Unlimited T-Zones, most of the time, it's used to retrieve stock quotes. Then, I discovered I could get the same from Yahoo via text messaging, using my TracFone, for a fraction of the cost.

The Yahoo service (short-code) is NOT available via T-Mobile. First *1 does not work (Boston-area traffic conditions) via T-Mobile, and now Yahoo SMS.

Different phone... you had a V710, he's asking about the V170. Amazing how much difference the order of two digits can make.
