TracFone Help!!!

    Alright I have this tracfone. and well ive used up all my minutes that i had before..I had just bought double mins and a 120 mins cards. Well when I type in my codes and stuff. it wont show my minuets, because well its supposed to be done in 15mins..ive tried this so many times. and its not done in 15 mins!! Pls someone can you help??

    I'll assume you scratched off the scratch here section (as you are supposed to), and also entered that information when you tried your over the phone update.

    In 2006 I had a similar problem. I called TF, they entered the minutes for me. Evidently, back then when I called, the timeout problem was rather common, but the support people can see the situation on their computers.
