Does anyone know if you can use PCS Vision for Wireless Internet with a toshiba PDA (e335/e740/etc.)? I noticed that they sell a USB Host cable for these PDAs so can you just plug your PCS phone into the Host Cable as you would a computer?

    Thanks.

Right now the only Vision phone that you can use with a PDA is the LG 5350, I beleive. thesupplynet.com is working on cables & drivers for some of the other Vision phones to connect to PDAs, they should be avaiable in July. If you want to use Vision, you will need a new phone. Your a460 isn't Vision enabled.

For the Toshibas I would recommend the Yiso CF2031 Compact flash PCS Vision card. Or better yet go with the Samsung I700 Pocket PC phone, Verizon is selling it now and Sprint will launch sometime in June.

I use an E740 with the Sanyo 6400 and a cable from the Supply Net. It works great, particularly with a fast browser like ThunderHawk. - sheureka

Has anyone been able to use the Supplynet Drivers to connect through the Toshiba USB Host adapter and the USB cable that you use to connect the phone to a laptop or do you have to buy the specialized PDA to Phone cable (and which drivers would you need for that)?

    Thanks.
