I downloaded some midlets last night from them, too. I guess this means I can keep my S105. It's about time T-Mobile fixed the problem. I tried to tell T-Mobile on Tuesday when I talked to their support for more than an hour that the problem seemed to be with their router configs and content controls on their network.

Dexter, both formats are needed to download the midlet correctly. The .jad file is the file that has the info about the midlet and the .jar file is the file that has all the java code and .class files in it.

I went to a Sprint store last night to see if they could download any midlets from midlet.org but they were real slow at d/l'ing (at least twice as slow as when I did it with T-Mobile last night) and they seemed to execute slower, too. I thought that they would be a lot faster with Sprint's "3G" crap. Anyone from Sprint try it yet?

Is there anyway to transfer these via the data cable?

Reason for midlet download errors from TMobile Dev. Network:

As for transferring midlets via IrDA or data cable... No, you can't do it yet. I'm hoping for a new version of EasyGPRS that allows midlet uploads like the Nokia Data Suite.

I downloaded a couple of browser midlets today too, to my S105. It was extremely fast.

How do you download midlets of of midlets.org. I downloaded stuff from other places, but they gave you the exact link to put into your phone, which midlet.org does not.

Oh nevermind, I was forgetting to add "/wap" after "midlet.org"

Works great, T-Zones downloads the games very quickly; It took about 5 seconds.
