Hi. I have the Nokia 6010. I got it about two years ago. I have had little annoying troubles with it for the whole time I've owned it. Here's the latest. Every once in a while, for no reason that I can see, the sound disappears on it. When this happens, I get this little icon in the middle of the display that looks a little bit like a speaker maybe--I think it looks more like a little button--either way, it isn't an icon that shows up anywhere in the f---ing user guide.

So I'll be talking away to someone, and suddenly I will be unable to hear anything at all. I can see by the display that the call is still there, and the people I'm talking to seem to be able to hear me, but on my end, it is a completely dead silence.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening or if there is something I can do to fix it?

    Thanks.
