think I got cancelled...

    My Picture mail stopped working correctly. It keeps saying I am not signed up, and that my password is wrong on the phone. PMail works fine online. On the phone and online it says my plan has changed and thus I cannot see my usage until my next cycle 7/14. Just a bunch of weird things have happened since July rolled around. Now I see Sprint is canceling people. I think I have called CS 2 times and actually spoken to a person. I've called several times for "Dropped calls", which used to give 50 cents off....now it does nothing to my bill since July 1st. For some reason I've been dropping a lot of calls since late June in certain spots, so I call for the credits. I leave for Europe tomorrow and won't get mail for a few weeks. Hope I am not canceled. Considering I have 1250 mins and unlimited text, I only use 600 mins usually and 700 texts. Not like I am abusing the system or anything.

    Sprint aircard is working great...faster than ever. All information on this line is totally gone. It's like it doesn't exist. I'm using it now, but Sprint has no record of this cell #. what the heck? Can't wait to see my next bill haha

    Who knows. I know I can't sleep tonight..too excited about Paris tomorrow! I just figured something was weird with my account. But all of this seemed to happen when July rolled around. I still cannot figure out where the heck my aircard plan and stuff went. It vanished. Let's list my CS calls:

    1) Aircard stopped working. On phone for 1 hour, many transfers. They realized DE and most of PA and NJ were down, got me fixed.
    2) Switched from razr to a900m.

    That's it. Like I said, around 6/26 I drop calls going through the state forest for some reason. Service is still the 1-4 bars, but it always drops. Also service doesn't work well in one corner of my house now. Same bars, but bad connections and drops. So I did start calling *2 for credits, which stopped being credited on 7/1. Oh well, I'll find out when I get back.

    They wouldn't just cancel you without sending a letter.

    Mail is slow as hell here and has been stopped as of yesterday. I won't get the letter for 2 weeks as I'm going to Europe. I hope everything is fine when I get back. Of course free EVDO service would be nice, haha. This pantech just simply doesn't exist in their system right now.

    But still they wouldn't just cut off your service like that out. You would have plenty of notice. The letters were all sent out on June 25th and chances are you would have got it by now.

    Perhaps this is a billing system hiccup? Did your account just get switched to ensemble?

    Guess we are going to have to wait till he gets back from Paris, but I bet it did since they are switching them all correct?

    Maybe they cancelled him by mistake...he has usually switched carriers after a couple months anyway!

    Wouldn't worry if it was just a few calls here and there.

    Also- you have the right to use all of our paid for minutes! That's not abusing the system, you're paying for them - and you'd pay for overages too :)

    Someone on SU and a woman who was interviewed got letters this monday (9th) so I think there were 2 or 3 batches, but it looks like they have pretty much all been received at this point. Also, they are now reviewing each person on a case by case basis and reinstating the "mistakes" so no worries :)
