Hello. This looks like a good place to get a little knowledge. I saw a post that was asking for a way to locate cell towers. There is a web site that will allow you to get that information. It is WWW.cellrecption.com/towers/towers.php .Unfortunately they tell you very little information except who owns them. I'm trying to locate the closest 3G tower to my home location. We live out in the toolies and its hard to get 3G for data. I use a Sierra Wireless 875U usb data card, but mounted on the computer it will not connect. I went to Wilson Antennas and got a yagi antenna which I have mounted on a push-up at about 25 feet. Now I get 2 bars from AT&T. This is a fairly directional antenna and I need to know the location of the nearest tower to complete the fine tuning. Anybody know how to find the 3G towers?
