hello! I am new here and I have a question. I have a Samsung PDA and I took a picture of my wife and would like to link it to her phone number so when she calls, the picture pops up. I have a sph-i700 help:confused:

also I notice that when I store names and address and telephone # on the save, I only can get only an certain amount of names to the phone. I would like to add as many as 50 or more phone numbers to my address book. I had added an memory card to the phone and I thought that it would help me out with the memory system. how can i GET more memory for this phone for the address or phone numbers. etc....

    First off, Welcome to WA!

Your Samsung phone will hold up to a 1GB SD/MMC Memory card.

I read that you can put phonebook info on the memory card, but could not find out how. I assume that once the phone formats the card, you should be able to move numbers over to the card.

Sorry I cannot be much more help on the phonebook cituation.

I like everything about this forum and the topics.

The Roaming Zone has a lot off the wall topics that are great to read.

Each section of this forum has something to do with phones, of course. I personally spend most of my time in the Motorola, RAZR thread, since I have 4 of them.

There is also the LG Electronics phone section, which I also have the VX8300 and the Chocolate.

Just make yourself at home. Look around and if something catches your eye, read up and put your $.02 in also.

There is also a Ringtone - songs- gaming and mod thread. You might want to start looking there, since you are into gaming.

There is also a section where you can advertise your business and or sell/trade items.

    Have fun and welcome.

    Hello everybody!

I'm currently a Cingular user here in SOuthern California.
    I've got an LG C1300 and a Blackberry 7280.

I have a great strory regarding the LG. After crawling under the house the other day (I just got Directv for the first time and was "messing with stuff"), I accidently put my LG through a full washing machine cycle.

After 2 days of drying out, it works! The only problems seem to be a faint watermark (actually kinda cool since everything seems 3D now) and all the tones play at 2x speed. Maybe its just really clean... :D

Anyway, I'm looking forward to participating and reading.
    Cheers,
    Jeff

TRIED SEVERAL BRANDS OF CELL PHONES BUT NONE GET A CONNECTION UNDER MY METAL ROOF. SUGGESTIONS FOR CHEAP IMPROVEMENT OF CONNECTION WITHOUT HAVING TO MOVE OR CHANGE ROOFS.

Welcome to the Wireless Advisor. You'll find we have a section of the board entirely devoted to Motorola RAZRs here.

I'm trying to get help using a borrowed phone. It's a LG 4400. I was able to use it just fine for the past few days until today all of the sudden it says "car kit" on the screen and I'm unable to hear or be heard. Does anyone know how I can get it off of the car kit setting? I've looked through the menu over and over again and can find nothing about a car kit setting. HELP!

    Thanks!
