    Has it been used before? Did you buy it yourself? Verizon should have activated that for you while at the store, but you could go to a Verizon store, or probably do it online or by dialing Customer Care at 611. Hope this helps.

    I've been coming to Wireless Advisor for years to find out info about carriers and what frequencies they use (cellular or PCS.)

    I currently am the owner/chief moderator of a Yahoo! Group T-Mobile-US as well as a forum for cingular and Fido PCS (now part of Rogers) for Canadian wireless. So far the T-Mobile group has been very successful with almost 2500 members. I've not really done much "encouraging" on the other groups so they're really not very active :( I've had GSM service through VoiceStream which is now T-Mobile since June of 2000. Actually, it was my sister who convinced me to go with a GSM carrier since she's on Orange where she lives overseas. I really don't think it's polite to toot my own horn in another group, but if you want the URL/web address for any of my groups just PM me.

    Hi there. I'm Linda and Cingular is going to drop me because I've moved out of their network area. I need to locate another good cell phone provider that covers my area back in the sticks of northeast Missouri.:confused:

    How do I locate a good provider?

    Hi, Me = Noob!! Okay, not really but to this site, I used to be an authorized dealer for T-mobile, so I know alot about CDMA, TDMA, GSM, IDEN and excetera. I used to be a Sprint subscriber, and I'm looking to sign back up with them(or Nextel, haven't made up my mind yet) and am looking for a SERO referral *wink,wink*(cough cough *Larry* cough).

    I have pretty good knowledge about t-mobile things and their phones, and a bit about the sanyo phones as well.

    hi, all iam glad to be here cause i know what one can learn here and that alot of friendly people are here to give good advise and to help one, such as myself, get out of some deep teck problems and just to find an answer to a question. I am glad that i joined and thank you for welcoming me. I have one question, I have a moto v300 but it came from Austria brought over by a friend and given to me i would like to give it to my wife, but it only has english and german as languages. is there anyway that i might be able to insert spanish into it? Iam not a wiz with pcs, but i can understand things if i put my mind to it, althought i have gotten into some deep troubles lately. Well anyway thanks for all your help you can give me now and in the future. God bless you all. thank you
