Most places have started the left-to-right, top-to-bottom method of writing, even in Chinese and Japanese. It's still possible to find top-to-bottom, right-to-left, of course, but it's becoming less common... and Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese, Korean, etc. are all written L-R, T-B. Sorry to be so picky.
