Anyone know how long the term is for ATT's exclusivity on the iphone? Also, any indication if or when a Apple legal unlocked phone may be come available in the US? Thanks

hard to say it was a :loony: move on Apple's part..... just my guess

    BUT

I bet it helped Apple get more money from AT&T. And at the end of the day Apple is known to break contracts and partnerships when it suits them. Look at how Apple kept the plans of switching to Intel; a week before the announcement Apple had a meeting with Motorola (CPU division) and said noooo we love you guys. less then a week later Intel here we come!

I'm more of an Apple Fanboy then a phone person - but love my iPhone
