Few weeks ago I contact the Spint customer suport to let them know that I want to terminate the service. I do not have a contract with them, but they send me a bill for 200$ termination fee. Any idea where to file the complain and how to fight this? Thanks Paula
Hi Paula, If you really were out of contract, call Sprint and let them know the problem and see what they say- clearly they have records of this, and if you really were out of contract, it should be an easily credited mistake. Do you have any proof that you really were out of contract? ~Andy

Are they in the City or NY State area? even though the OP didn't come back, I figured I would find out where your employee's find the service as very good. (Not that I am disputing it, just wondering for my own self.)
