Tapatalk is an app for iOS or Android that you can use to interact with this (and other :headscrat ) forums from your smartphone.

I don't remember what it cost before, but it is now FREE.

    You can get it in

    Google Play

    Apple App Store

    or

    Amazon App Store

With Tapatalk 2 being out now, I can see why the regular Tapatalk version is now free.

Vf, can you elaborate on the difference between the two so I can decide whether to get it or not. :)

I'd say the UI is much cleaner. Mufti quoting is simple as is switching between forum sites and withe each forum.

The threads are more realistic. Look at the App Store examples.

Required for every mod. Should make life easier. Irish Rose, anything that I missed?

Charlyee, the main thing that I can see that is different is how fast it is to scroll from one section of a particular forum to another. It also includes a "multi quote" feature that I don't think was available in the first Tapatalk. As VF mentioned, the look is much cleaner and now includes 4 different themes in which to choose from after yesterday's update...... Here are a few screenshots using the Blue theme to give you an idea of how Tapatalk 2 looks.

    Hope this helps. :)

As of today Tapatalk is available for Windows Phone. It is not free right now ($2.99), but should be free at a later date. This is still some what of a beta, so the price is there to discourage new users & to give prior users a chance to use/test it.
