Their online billing is always a month behind. Does anybody have this same problem?
you mean that in august you get july's bill online ? thats strange. check with customer service you should be getting augusts bill.
It is better than it used to be, but is not fixed for everyone. It's fixed for me though. For example, the last day of my billing cycle is the 6th. My bill was available online around the 13th, and I received the hardcopy in the mail yesterday, the 20th.
