Allright, so if they have discontinued the t720 now will that make it easier for me to get CS to give me a deal on an early upgrade (like for a vx6000 or a530)? I just exchanged my 720 for a second time because of problems. If this one ends up having problems and i have to go get a fourth 720 what do you think they will do? will they stick me with a 730 which doesn't sound much better, or will they finally cave in and admit that the 720 was a huge mistake and let me trade it in for a phone that works? any ideas?
If you contact CS via the 800 number (1-800-922-0204), you can speak to a supervisor about your T720s' problems. They might be able to cut you some sort of deal. H.T.H, Good luck
