Okay, people. I got myself a T720i with T-Mobile, arguably the best 720 package out there. I decided to start uploading stuff to a small, text link-based site, which includes small wallpapers in the exact 120x160 resolution of the 720, and a few ringtones that are :35 or less. Click me! Check it out for yourself in your PC browser, then if you like it, link to it on your phone. I put stuff up there every now and again...I'll start uploading a few more neato wallpapers if you guys like it. MisterPrez

Dude can you upload and store games. If you can, I have some mobile games you can post. I've been attempting to build a WAP site, but can't find a host that allow's you to upload anything other than text. I'll email them to you if you can. As you can see, the site is .htm, so it isn't WAP. I write the site with basic HTML. I'm not sure if the games will work, but it's always a possibility. I'm up for a try. I'll email you when I get home.
I have a WAP server that I use to host T720i content for my phone. If you need a WAP server, let me know and we can talk. - BB
mI setup a wml page with a game to download. I navigated to the page and selected the item no problem. The phone even counted down the percentage complete until it hit 100% and it declares "Download Complete". But now it just sits there on "Download Complete". Nothing I hit makes any change, except if I hit the hangup button that cancels the WAP Browser. I then go to my Games and Apps and the new item is not there. Am I missing some step? how do u get the pics on the t720i?? all i have is the usb cable and old true sync software... ?? pc detects that its a motorola t720 but dont have any programs to interact with it, what do u use? and where can i get it? can u send?
I am getting a t720i in a day or so with T M- and would like to know if anyone has gotten any sort of game or java applet to download to it.. All I have seen is problem reports. j
Do you have T-Zones? If not, then you can't get these pictures and ringers, as far as I know. You should automatically have it free for your first month. If you have T-Zones, hit the button to connect, then hit menu, GO TO URL. Type in the URL of my little site and click the links. Simple as that!
Wow very nice! I was wondering if you're willing to make some pics into the size for me for my T720i if I provided you with pictures?? Also, Anyone know where to get the games? I bought Tetris off hellomoto, but they never sent it to me. Any other sites with good games?
They (MOTOROLA) are having problems with the website working with the T720 phones. E-mail them and tell them what and when you ordered it and they will refund/credit your account. I spent almost $20.00 on their site, and never got any of it. They credited my credit card the same day I e-mailed them.

To the top for all you T720i fanatics. If you have pic requests, send 'em to me by clicking here, either by link or by attachment. I can use virtually any format, and turn it into a useable gif for our 720i's. Midi requests can be handled the same way, but not all midis are created equal. They may sound good with your complex state-of-the-art instrument sets on your PC, but the 720i only has 16 channels. I finally found shareware that allows me to edit midi length, but it's a very long process. I'll work on the site a bit, and create a link in my sig.
and it will be cool if u and the guy w/ the games can create a website together for one stop for all games/ wallpapers/ screensaves/ ringtone for t720i?
So far I've only had one request for uploads. I'm sure you guys have something you want on your phone. I'll work on some animated screen savers.
First, thanks for putting this stuff up. If you dont mind a question.. I tried to download one of the ring tones with my T720 a minute ago and got this message: The resource type 'audio/midi' is not present in the client acceptable media types set. Can anyone give me a hand?
You have Verizon? I heard that you can't download ringers / wallpapers thru Verizon, 'cuz they won't let you.
Same way you'd make one for your internet page. Just using a program like Animation Shop. I'll put some up soon.
