I have gone through a couple different threads with directions on how to auto login with the Yahoo Wap and sounds like it can be hit or miss depending on Yahoo. I have tried it according to what I thought was the most current post but have not had any success as of yet. Is it not working right now for everyone or am I doing something wrong? Is there a comparable alternative? Any help or direction would greatly appreciated.

    Thanks In Advance

I found on my Sanyo4900, whenever i can't get back to my yahoo page, if i did a "Restart Browser", one of the options from my menu...and go back to the Bookmark it logs in again.
if you have that option try it. [IMG]

That is the thing I cannot get the Yahoo auto login to work so when I try to make http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/raw?dp=auth&src=home&login=UID&passwd=PWD my homepage and I start my browser it will say Yahoo Login Incorrect. I am replacing the UID with my login and the PWD with my password. I can change my homepage from that to just http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/raw and get on Yahoo but it would rather have it auto log me in. Just wondering if there is something I am doing wrong or if this is the incorrect way to go about this. Thanks for you Help

TAOPOI, I am having the same problem as you. I have my login and password entered in their appropriate locations in the URL, and I even changed the login/auth thing and it still keeps asking me to enter my ID and password. This is bogus b/c it was working like 2 or 3 weeks ago, then all of a sudden I got screwed.

I know, the yahoo wap site is screwey, sometimes it stores your username, so you can sign into multile areas. Other times you have to re-enter your username and password...it's a pain, but hey ive learned to just deal with it. At least we still get the convenience of having all our yahoo services on our mobile phones, wherever we may be....thats awesome if you ask me. I guess it all depends on your phone's cache, the way it saves info from the sites you visit, and whether or not you use the back buton, or the menu buttons to get back to the home page. Try playin around with different ways, and youll figure out what works best.
