For all you people with poor T720 battery performance but using the 19c software, the problem may not be with the phone.
It may be with the crap travel charger Verizon packages with the phone.
I found that the cheap travel charger only provides a 1/3-1/2 charge of my phone, though the icon shows full charge. This is
true even if I charge it overnight. Every day I bring the phone to work, and it is dead before 3 pm. Every night I charged it.
After I bought a hand's free setup with a car charger, I found the following.

When I pluged the phone into my car charger right after fully charging the phone over night
with the travel charger, the charge icon showed only one bar! this was strange, so I left the phone charging in the car for
an hour (actually, I was stuck in traffic), and the phone finally showed full charge while charging on the car charger.
At work, my phone charge lasted all day, with 3 bars, (no calls), where every day previously it fully discharged before the end of the day.

I haven't made any tests, but I'll bet the ac ripple with the travel charger shuts down the phone charging circuit too soon, while
the car charger, using the car's dc voltage, allows for a more complete charge. Anyone else experience this?

How long should it take to charge the standard battery to full charge? Also, shouldn't the phone show once you turn it out that it is not fully charged?

My friend leaves his nextel charger at work. Ive used it a few times when my phone went dead. Im going on 24hrs with 3 bars right now. When I used his charger to charge my v120c I also noticed it lasted longer on his charger.

I think there may be some merit to your findings.

My T720 was only going for about 13 hours on a full charge. Got a new phone and just charged it all the way. Will keep you posted on whether it works or not.

Remember my fellow celuphytes, the chargers are all the same supplied by motorola. Your wireless providers do not manufacture their own equipment. Only the handsets are particular to the provider. Chargers are all the same unless they are after-market in which case they are still not manufactured by the provider.

Well It has been about 6 hours after I charged it and it is almost completly dead. I'm gonna have to go to a Verizon store tomorrow to get this figured out. Grrrrrrrr this phone has so much potential.
