When I enter a new name and add a second number, the phone list displays the name twice. Is there any way to just display the name once and have multiple icons in it?
if you go to "...MORE..." at the bottom of the screen where you enter in all the info, push select, then "add phone number" I think that does it edit: nevermind I was wrong
Go to the phone book and press the top middle key to go to the phone book menu, then pick set-up, then change the "View" section from "all contacts" to "Primary Contacts" that should do it~!!
Thanks. I also noticed that you can scroll through each persons number by hitting the left and right navigation buttons.
hey, thanks, I hadn't noticed this before. I like that the T720 allows you to assign multiple numbers to a person but until now I was stuck altering the primary number through the Menu key on the occasional times I had to make a call to a secondary number. This method is definitely better than going to that much trouble, though unfortunately you still can't show both numbers when you press "View" on a person's entry. Oh well, better than nothing, thanks!
