I'm pretty new to this forum. I tried search but did not find my answer. I changed phones and ended my 19.99 VPN service a few weeks back, but now the piece of crap phone is gone and I'd like to get internet/email service back for my new Treo. Looks like they may be dropped the 19.99 VPN plan instead offering this "hot spot" program for 29.99. Does anyone know if the VPN program for 19.99 is still around? Does customer service have any lea-way here? Thanks in advance for any help.
