T-Mobile web does not give you full internet access - it's not desigend for smartphones. For full internet functionality on a smartphone you need T-M total internet.

Plus, I think starting today T-Mobile Total Internet is only $19.99.

The website actually shows an increase to $39.99/mo!

Whoops...checking around, its the package that includes T-Mo WiFi that's going up to $39. I'll accept my flogging now.

*whimper* If I wasn't just positive T-Mo was about to unleash 3G, I'd grab a Wing in a heartbeat and ditch the Dash.

Just got off the phone with my local T-Mobile store (checking on my upgrade eligibility) and the young lady who handled my call offered to give me the new $19.99/mo innernets rate. Starts the 17th for me! I may go buy the Wing at full retail just to give her the commission.

It's not yet in effect here in S.F., CA...I went to the T-Mobile store near my office this week to get the new $19.99 plan, and was advised it won't go into effect till the 16th. So I'm going back Monday-17th to get it taken care of.

Does anyone know if they would make this change automatically if I didn't go into the store?

Just call t-mobile CS, they'll get it done for you. Or, you could log onto my.t-mobile.com and find it under plans and services.
