    Hello,

I live near Canada, and when I make or receive calls, it goes off Rogers instead of T-Mobile, do they always charge for the roaming when it's not our fault, I'm a new customer still in my 30 day trial, and I really want to keep T-mobile. None of my minutes have come off my regular program, only roaming, which is really disturbing, what would you suggest, do they offer a pkg. discount in cases like this, etc???

Force your phone to have manual selection to choose only T-Mobile.

You need to be careful. The display clearly states that you are on Rogers, roaming, so you need to watch out, even if you are still in U.S. territory. Like Telekom said, force your phone to T-Mobile, otherwise you will pay roaming.

Call Customer Service at (800) 937-8997 to have them help guide you through the setup to do that. Call from a landline phone.

but if you tell us what kind of phone you have we can probably step you throught it..........or you could call Customer Care and have them disengage roaming capabilitis on your phone.......im sure they can probably do it..........but if you go on a trip make sure you have them turn roaming back on because T-Mobile relies a lot on roaming in some areas
