These are the same folks that passed on the iPhone, BlackBerry 9000, BlackBerry Storm etc... And they wonder why they are loosing subscribers.
T-Mobile was never offered the iPhone nor the blackberry storm. The Storm isn't even made in a GSM version.
Very true, and they were the first to get Android, they got the HD2, Nexus One, and a few other unique phones. Their phone line up was one of the main reasons I switched to T-Mobile. I for one think this rumor is BS.
Not to argue, but they were offered the iPhone. I was there at the time. T-Mobile tested it and passed on it. In their defense, so did the other carriers when they heard what Apple wanted in exchange for exclusivity on the device. RIM would have made a GSM version of the Storm had T-Mobile agreed to carry it.
