So here's my issue: I had a blackberry until this morning when it fell into the toilet >.> and anyway now I want to change it to my old Samsung Reality. A few questions: A. Will my account be charged for this? B. If and when I send my blackberry to the company for a new one will it be covered under my insurance? C. Do I have to have the same plan as my bb on my samsung?? Any other info would rock.
A. Will my account be charged for this? no, there is no charge to switch between devices (ESN change) B. If and when I send my blackberry to the company for a new one will it be covered under my insurance? make sure that you file your insurance claim BEFORE switching to your old samsung. it may be covered by insurance but you might have to pay a deductible. C. Do I have to have the same plan as my bb on my samsung?? you can keep the same voice and text plan but the data plan might drop off. Any other info would rock.
