I am anxious to find out all I can about interchangeable sim cards especially with Verizon.
I am donating these efforts for a friend who may be phoneless for the next 2 days. She has
an LG who may need another phone. I have an old(er) Sony Ericson that is being charged
right now. I want to give her my Sony Ericson with the use of her sim card. Both phones are
less than 2 years old. Mine newer than hers.If you (whoever you may be) , need more info
on what models let me know. Perhaps my rather general question will suffice.

    Thank you, Roy B.;)

Hi there, welcome to Wireless Advisor. :). I moved your thread and gave it a different title so it would get more exposure.

Now about your question, Verizon does not use SIM cards, only GSM phones use SIM cards and Verizon uses CDMA technology. H

If the SE you have is a Verizon phone then all you need to do is switch the ESN number to that of the SE on her account, I think it can be done via Verizon's website as well as through customer service.

If it is not a Verizon phone then there is no simple way to make the switch.

    Hope this helps.
