I have a Verizon account with 3 active phones. My wife and I want to swap phones and keep our same numbers. Can we do that online?? I have a verizon wireless online account already set up.

You'll need to call CS for this one. In order to be able to activate phones online, they cannot be connected to an active line. If you have an unused Verizon phone available (E911 capable), you can replace one of the two phones you want to switch with that one temporarily, then add the just-deactivated phone on the other line, then add back the other phone to the line you had just activated the extra phone on...Sound confusing? That's why I recommend CS.

I've done this in the past, so I know from experience. Good luck. :)

That should work as long as the old phone is GPS capable.
