I am in Vail Colorado and have Cingular service on a Treo 650. During business hours my data rates are as low as 10 kbs and upward to 50 kbs. Cingular data support tells me the EDGE is up but the speed is because of the number of users on the network. This renders EDGE virtually worthless for data use. Does anybod else have these kind of problems? Thanks
Call customer service and open a data trouble ticket. Sounds like a setting in their network is set wrong. However if you're trying to send a 5 mg file it will be slow
