Verizon dead zone is certainly where I live. I am continually looking over my shoulder for Steven King. I asked at the local V store if I needed to wrap a strip of aluminum foil around my head before screaming, "Do you hear me now?" They didn't find me funny. I have been told there is a tower within 2 miles. I live in Holliston on Medway and Millis lines. I get awful reception in my house, but if I walk out the door across the lawn and INTO THE STREET I get 3 bars. I pay for IN but have to go outside of take a ride in my car to call family.

How about that Wireless Solutions cell phone antenna adaptor cable?

Could I connect that to my VX4400 and to an old magnetic car phone antenna
    http://www.apscell.com/anuneciimamo.html
Or how about the Wilson fglass mount cell phone antenna

I would be happy to sit in only one corner of the house if I could just get reception.

    Ideas? Anyone? Beuler?

And certainly don't take into account rogue microwaves that jam your cell.
