Wonder how far they are working on their Advertising/external appearance. Keeping the image fresh maybe key to their survival.
Hey look at this! DF has finally joined SU! Now you just need an avatar. I agree with you and like the new web site look. It's time to make an overhaul on things and this and the street level maps are a good start.
I just looked at the site with IE (I use Firefox) for the first time. Looks good in IE, but Sprint should realize not everyone uses IE. I hate that certain aspects of the site do no work well in other browsers. Sprint should make sure their site conforms to proper standards IMO...but that is just my .02
i think it looks a little cramped.......the old setup wasn't as cramped as this one is... but i like the style alot.......same colors just a different trend
I can remember when the web site had trouble with Netscape about 5 or 6 years back. Glad those days are over.
I hate that in Firefox you cannot use the drop down menu to switch between lines on your account. Very annoying. At least I have the IE Tab extension for FF.
this is good.....on top of the migration of the Nextel customers and the current customers and trying to get new customers they might make progress......and they are working on WiMax, EV-DO Rev A, and QChat......they're making a lot bigger strides now that they have merged with Nextel
Agreed! Sprint Coverage Maps still don't function properly in firefox or safari on the mac, and their new page display's errors when viewing in safari too! It's sad that they choose to alienate so many by only focusing on windows and ie.
