Sprint vs Verizon in Philadelphia?

I am going to buy my first cell phone and narrow down to Sprint and Verizon.
with Sprint I can get 350 + 3650 for $39.99 and sanyo 4700 for $30. Verizon is pretty much the same 300+4000 for $35. and Kyocera 2135 for $50.

Now my question is which provider has better reception in Philadelphia? Thank a lot.

Verizon has by far the best reception in Philly. Nothing can even compare.
