I recently got a second sprint account along with an LG5350. I had the phone 2 days and could get on line but couldn't access any web pages ( kept timing out ). Called sprint tech and they told me to take it to a "sprint store". Went there got attitude and canceled the acount. I like the LG5350 but don't want sprint. any recomendations for similar (vision) service and equipment.

    Thanks Sopwith

Do you have another sprint store in your area? That pisses me off when people are getting paid to handle customers in a fast and friendly way and they act like a$$es.

I am curious, those 2 days that you were able to get online, where online did you get too?
Also, I have noticed that if the webpage you are trying to view is not wap compliant, you will get time out messages.
There might not be anything that the technician could have done about that.

Sorry that the attitude you rec'd made you cancel your acct just like that.
Was there only one employee in the store that could help you, or did they all have an attitude?
You state that you like the LG5350, but you dont like SPCS. You will only be able to use that phone with Sprint.

Also, SPCS's Vision service is new and there are bugs that need to be worked out. The old 2G network took time to become what it is today, and Vision will eventually get where it wants to be. If you want a "similar" vision like service, chances are, you wont find it.....but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I like the LG 5350 but I probably won't get an other one because of sprint. Spoke to several people in the store, they were only interested in you if you wanted to buy a phone. In the repair area the people in front of me left screaming at the guy at the counter. Hi tech has its problems I can accept that, just can't stand bad attitude. At the time I had a sprint rep on the phone, he tried to get thru to the store and couldn't.
