    I have a Sprint SERO 1250 plan...it has all the features (data, txt, nights, etc) and am considering upgrading to the Sprint Everything plan. It looks like the SERO is commanding an upfront payment to transfer (ie $150 fee), is that still the case? Also, if you transfer the SERO plan, is there any way to keep your current cel phone number (I like mine and don't want to lose it).

    Any insight into the above is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
    Jeremy

    I'm not sure where you got the $150 upfront fee from, but that shouldn't be the case. When you transfer out the plan, you will lose your number.. there are no way around that. If you try to port out your Sprint number to a prepaid company and then to your new Sprint account, your original plan that has your original number will be terminated once the port is successful. It is a hard decision.. sorry that there isn't much routes for you to take.

    I'm looking for get a SERO $30 Grandfathered plan at the end of September.

    Also, during the transfer, will they give the option to also purchase a phone at discounted prices? Thanks!

    Ultimate takeover. I have been a Sprint SERO customer since inception, and here is what I have to offer as I am looking to get a new phone & contract:
    SERO F&F 500 Minutes
    All the regular Sero benefits like unlimited data and nights at 7pm
    Unlimited Text
    $75 credit because it's been over a year since i renewed a 2 yr contract
    Monthly cost:$30

    In return, I want to start up a new contract with a Palm Pre. In other words, I'm willing to pay for one of those "expensive" plans, but Sprint won't let me upgrade unless I pay for the full price of a phone. If possible, I'm also looking to keep my #. Send me your best offer.

    I have a friend with a SERO plan he is getting rid of, right now he is paying under $50 inc. tax for 1250 min + 200 add on minutes that I think fall off in a few months. He does not have anything extra on the plan that I know of, just the unlimited internet/text and all the other pluses of the SERO 1250 plan. I believe the total is under $50 because of a 20% discount on his plan (not employer related).

    If anyone is interested, please shoot me a PM with your offer.

    Oh, and he is out of contact (I think). when I checked they said he is eligible for the $150 credit and something about an extra $100 credit for having the account for so long (account for over 8 years, SERO plan for about 2 years).

    Hi Folks- I've got a Sero F&F 500 Plan for sale. This is a great plan, costs $30 per month, out of contract, listed with full upgrade. I'll TOL the plan for $90. Currently using a white Sanyo SCP-8400 with plan that I'll also sell for $25 with home/car adapters. It's a basic PowerVision phone that works really well.

    Upon payment you will assume the Sero account- Sprint may ask for a new contract.

    Plan Includes:
    500 Anytime Minutes
    Unlimited Nights & Weekends (nights from 7pm - 7am)
    Unlimited Mobile to Mobile
    Unlimited Data
    Unlimited Text Messages
    Unlimited Picture Mail
    Unlimited Long Distance
    No Roaming Charges
    $30 Monthly

    * What you will need *

    1. A Sprint account. You can register for an account over the phone or in a sprint store.
    2. You need a working sprint phone at the time of activation. I can sell the Sanyo SCP-8400 for $25 to the purchaser of the the plan.

    * Feedback *
    I have 44 eBay feedback, 100% positive.

    * Payment *

    Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Money Orders are accepted.

    I've attached image of plan details. PM or Email me if desired. If for any reason Sprint will not TOL the plan, I will refund all money immediately. Thank you!
