I called them, that's what they told me. The Sprint customer service said that I have a choice of upgrading to an EVO or EVO 3D or other smartphones but will cost me $10.00 extra for the data fee. At least that's what I was told.

It's $40 for sprint premium to allow to have the newer phones. Then if you want the evo or epic or a 4g phone, there is a $10 data charge additional.

Does anyone know if I can TOL my SERO Premium to someone who doesn't have a sprint account? Does he have to get EPRP first?

    Thanks a lot,

Also I have a SERO Premium 500 for TOL. it's out of contract since summer of 2009, so eligible for $150 upgrade discount. Asking for $100, prefer you have SERO or EPRP.

    Thanks,
    ZY

dont prefer that, require that or it wont transfer.

SERO is $30 for Windows Mobile 5, 6 phones

    SERO is $40 for Android

SERO is $50 for 4G phones

I get around this by paying $30 per month and loading Android on a Touch Pro 2 and use Android Market all day

It’s probably easier to list the device you can’t activate on the Basic SERO rate.

    all 4G phones

    Samsung Instinct

    Samsung Instinct s30

    Samsung Instinct HD

    Palm Pre

    Palm Pixi

    Any Android Device

    Any Windows Phone 7 Device

    Any Blackberry Model

looking for a $30 SERO plan. does not matter if it is not eligible for the $150 upgrade. could be the basic SERO plan with no add'l add-ons. i am looking to give the plan to my son that is in jr high so unless he has the funds to pay for anything extra, the basic plan will have to work for him. not looking to spend more than $100 on it. i already have a $30 SERO plan that my wife uses so no problem on my side for the TOL requirement.

So if you have one you want to get rid of, send me a pm. i can pay via pay pal and do the 3-way call for the TOL within the hour of us agreeing to the transaction. even if you have extra bells and whistles that come with your SERO plan and asking a higher amount, still let me know. im open to working with you on pricing.

it has always been common knowledge that sprint's right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, so i am not surprised that the CS you spoke with gave you incorrect info. although the CS may have just been working you so that you'll upgrade to the 4g phones and then turn around and tell you "unfortunately, you have to upgrade to SERO Premium at $40/mo first and then add the $10/mo cool fee for the 4g phone"

I have an htc hero that's been "modified" so that it can be activated on a $30 SERO plan (no additional upcharges). It's in fair condition and comes with otterbox commuter case.

I'll sell it for $75 plus shipping. PM me for details.

New to the forum but not to the internet (search for username "notese" on ebay, 7yrs and 100% feedback on 70 items). On to business.. I have a sero 500 Premium account that I'm selling.

I ask $175 with phone (either Optimus S with a $40 a month charge, or a Treo Pro with a $30 month charge). Both phones are in mint condition, I took extreme care of them.

I see that the plan sells usually for $100, so if you want it without phone then that's the price.

Note: the plan was renewed on February 2011 and is currently not allowed for a phone upgrade.

If interested pm me. I don't know much about TOL, but that's why I came to this forum, as you guys seem to know the most.

I have a sero premium 500 plan for sale that has an additional line which is under the Everything Plus 500 plan. Both plans were started in April 2011 and comes with a brand new HTC EVO 4G and an HTC EVO Shift. Both phones are brand new (less than 3 months old), VERY good condition.

    The plans are as follows:
    Sero Premium 500:

    SERO Premium
$40.00 Minimum Monthly Charge + $10 for premium data (4g phones)
    500 Anytime Minutes
    Nationwide Long Distance Included
    America - Roaming Included
    Unlimited Any Mobile, Anytime
    Unlimited SMS Text Messaging
    Unlimited Picture Mail
    Unlimited Data Usage
    GPS Navigation
    Caller ID
    Call Waiting
    Three-Way Calling
    Voicemail

    Everything Plus 500:
    Everything Plus 500
$59.99 Minimum Monthly Charge + $10 for premium data (4G phones)
    500 Anytime Minutes
    Nationwide Long Distance Included
    America - Roaming Included
    Unlimited Any Mobile, Anytime
    Unlimited SMS Text Messaging
    Unlimited Picture Mail
    Unlimited Data Usage
    GPS Navigation
    Sprint Data Pack
    Caller ID
    Call Waiting
    Three-Way Calling
    Voicemail

Looking for someone to take over both plans. This plan is perfect for couples because it comes out to be only $120 per month for both plans. I will throw in screen protectors for both phones, along with silicone case for the EVO 4G, and 2 car chargers.

Asking price $ 450 (keep in mind, these phones were bought brand new in April for $199 for the EVO 4G and $150 for the Evo Shift.)

PM me if interested in this TOL. Thanks.

Who has successfully TOL'd a SERO acct?

I have tried to TOL a SERO acct to an EPRP acct holder and have been denied repeatedly.

What number did you call? What steps did you have to take?

successfully TOL'd a SERO over to me yesterday morning. the seller had called *2 on her phone and the first rep we talked to said if she made the transfer, it would become a regular ED plan and not a SERO. i told her that was ridiculous! before the conference call, i contacted sprint to make sure i could add another line to my account. i told the rep i was going to take over a SERO account rep gave me a number of 866-452-7981 to call since the account i was talking about was an employee referral account. after getting shot down the first call, i told the seller to contact the number that was given to me. we did a conference call. the guy we were talking to was much helpful. he told me that because my main account was a consumer account, he may not be able to do it. i told him i already have a SERO account associated with my account. he looked at it and then said that he will go ahead and try to do the TOL. he said it may or may not work. when he made the transfer, he said everything went fine and that i now have another SERO account.

wow, if you have that much trouble getting a SERO TOL'd to you when you already have SERO then everyone else is in trouble.

they are tightening that up quickly

yeah it's crazy. when i bought my other SERO last spring, the TOL went without a hitch. less than 5 minutes and it was done. was thinking it was going to be the same this time around, but unfortunately, hit a couple of bumps. try calling that number i posted. seems like the reps manning that line are a little bit more helpful and nicer.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a SERO line. I already have other SERO lines and am eligible for up to ten lines, so TOL shouldn't be a problem. I will pay a premium for a line that is currently out of contract, is eligible for the $150 upgrade discount, and has Sprint to Home or Pick 3 already included. PM me if you have something available. Thanks.
