Sprint Sprint SERO plan takeover requests and solicitation thread

Just curious: if the Sprint rep you dealt with didn't know it wasn't supposed to be allowed and you were able to do it, how did you hear about the new policy supposedly disallowing TOL transfers?

 

I struck out with several different reps -- who told me of the policy change -- before we found a rep that was apparently unaware of the policy and went ahead with the TOL. The other reps said the policy applied only to the SERO plans.

Sprint, if you're reading this, why do you treat us SERO users so badly?

My girlfriend has the original SERO 500 for $30 a month that includes unlimited text and data. It is no longer in contract so it is month to month. She is interested in transferring it without the phone since it is an old beat up Palm that you probably won't want anyway. I have to find out if it is eligible for renewal rebate but since she never upgraded, I'm sure it is. Please send me a pm to let me know if you are interested and how much you would offer. I sold the plan already thanks to everyone I called 1(866) 316-1858 Ownership Transfer number which was given to one of the members over here.

Called 1-866-316-1858 Glenda Pickep up and Gave my account information and explained her that I want to transfer my sero line over to another person's name. Went ahead gave her that person's name and number.
She called the other person and start the transfer process. She puts us on 3 way calling, then she puts us on hold after she sees it is a special plan sero plan. She transfers us both to employee accounts (Caira) after speaking to her. Caira talks to her supervisor comes back and tell us she is going to make this a one time exception and do the transfer even though they are not allowed to do this anymore according to the Sprint Policy. Transfer was done in few minutes and magic got money in paypal Try that number I posted it worked for me

I'm trying to acquire a SERO plan because Sprint is being rather inflexible with my current F&F account. I have 2 lines off contract and 2 more than will be as of 3/1. I want a 3G or 4G phone for myself only, not the other 3 users. Have tried everything I can think of with retentions and gotten nowhere other than them telling me their current $130/month plan plus $20/line for add-ons is the best deal going ever. Yeah right. Now with the extra $10 premium data fee, it looks even worse.

Long story short, I'm looking for a SERO plan for myself only. The other 3 lines can stay where they are just fine.
