Ugh...I don't know what else to do..All the usb drivers are installed and it says they are ready to be used. I go into windows media 10 and go to sync but it is not detecting the device? Why not...Where on the phone do I go to sync the music. Help please, I have no idea what else to try. Thanks
What do I do to get music, etc on the phone then? Do I have to waste more money and by the damn phone tools? Stupid Motorola can't make a phone like every other portable device where it acts as a extra hdd or whatever. If anyone can point me in the right direction of getting music on a SPRINT Razr V3m that would be great. Thank you.
