Sprint on timeliness

    Getting a "reminder" about your bill 20 days after it is charged to your credit card is always helpful :p ... especially when you have a credit balance and so it wasn't charged to your card anyway. In their universe, I guess "latest" means two bills prior.

    yeah really you would think they would wanna work on that.........especially the people with big bills......thats a lot of money that might go missing without knowing where it went...........are you on Premier billing system still or on ENSEMBLE cuz this could have something to do with the billing system too
