With Better Choice Plans, customers get unlimited talk and text and choose the amount of sharable high-speed data and the number of lines needed for their family. Combining the Better Choice XXL 40GB data tier with 12 months of Amazon Prime is an unbeatable offer.

When Better Choice customers reach their monthly data allotment, they will get unlimited data at 2G speeds, so they never have to worry about overages again. Or, they can choose the automatic data buy-up option of $15 per GB of data, so they never run out of high-speed data. In addition, Sprint Global Roaming, free unlimited international texting from the U.S. to more than 180 countries, and a mobile hotspot are included in the Better Choice Plans.

“The Amazon Better Choice XXL Plan gives customers sharable data to maximize the benefits of Amazon Prime’s full entertainment package,” said Roger Sole, chief marketing officer, Sprint. “Combining America’s fastest LTE network with Amazon Prime’s array of quality entertainment is an amazing benefit for our customers.”2 The Sprint LTE Plus Network delivers faster download speeds than other national carriers.

Prime is a one-of-a-kind, digital-physical hybrid. Tens of millions of members around the world already enjoy unlimited fast, free shipping, unlimited access to tens of thousands of movies and TV episodes with Prime Video, unlimited access to more than a million songs and thousands of curated playlists and stations with Prime Music, unlimited secure photos storage with Prime Photos, early access to select Lightning Deals, and so much more. Sprint mobile users can enjoy Prime across compatible devices on-the-go or at home.3

    How It Works

    1. Visit www.sprint.com/plans, call 1-(800)-SPRINT1 or go to the nearest Sprint store to sign up for Sprint Better Choice XXL with Amazon Prime included.

    2. After signing up for Sprint Better Choice XXL data tier, the customer will receive a text message with an activation link to complete Amazon Prime registration.

    3. Once registration is complete, the customer can immediately begin to enjoy all the benefits of Amazon Prime.

    4. Customers can also access preloaded or downloaded Amazon apps for easy access to Prime content on compatible smartphones.

For Sprint customers who are not on the Simple Choice XXL plan, Sprint also recently announced that customers can get Prime on a month-to-month basis for $10.99/month4. This option is available to new or existing customers who want Amazon Prime, but also want flexibility and no annual commitment or upfront fee – giving them an easy way to make the most of America’s Fastest LTE Network and their monthly budget. The extra charge will simply be added to their monthly Sprint invoice.

Interesting marketing that's kind of hard to understand. I am sure I've read that the vast majority of people use around 2GB of cellular data per month or less, so it would seem 40GB of data per month would attract a very small percent of consumers
