Sprint Nextel will get 16 PCS licenses for more spectrum

    Sprint PCS will get 16 PCS licenses for added spectrum they need in certain areas. Sprint will pay $194,140,000 for the licenses witch equals to about $1.07 per MHz POP.

    Which PCS blocks are these/how many Mhz?

    The blocks are the suffixes (D, E, F, C3, C4, C5). All of these are 10 MHz blocks (or, more accurately, paired 5 MHz blocks). More here.
