I don't think anyone is disputing the fact that Verizon's AC plans cover more than Sprint's own network does. But to be fair to Sprint we should also include their coverage with the off network option added, which would then include ALL of the green areas (light & dark) on the map. This would then bring Sprint's coverage ahead of Verizon's AC plans. Those of us who live in one of the eligible markets can add this roaming option for only $10/month extra.

You made the foolish mistake by assuming the A/C map is a COVERAGE map, when in fact it is a RATE map. The difference? Rate maps show where Verizon has licenses/agreements in place where you could theoretically use your phone roam-free, but they make zero guarantees that there are towers in those areas.

Related example: Do you really think you're covered in every square inch of the country on National SingleRate? If you don't know what I mean then glance at the SIngleRate map.

i appologize for saying coverage map, your absolutely right about that where you can get free roaming, howeververizon wireless hands down has way more coverage than sprint. But.... im tired of arguing over biast opinions. i think verizon is better, you think sprint is better, i am agreeing that we disagree. either way, if your happy with your service, and it works for your needs great. thats all that matters
