Sprint Moto Razr V3 Mobile Phone Tools

    I recently purchased the moto razr from sprint and got the motorola mobile phone tools. I can't seem to get the mobile phone tools to recognize my phone. I have the newest version of mobile phone tools and the software on my phone and still can't get it to work. Any suggestions or reasons I can't get this to work?:confused:

    KEEP GETTING ALL THE UP DATES 1 AT A TIME
    i had to get 4 up dates and my sprint razor works fine with the tools

    I have a Sprint V3m and Motorola Phone Tools. When I first installed MPT's Everything worked fine with my phone to the PC now it doesn't..Please give me a clue.

    Hey bro how do you do all that? And are you talking about downloading the Phone tools updates or the phone updates? Please help :confused:
