i was trying to see if there was ANY way i could get my mp3 file to be set as a ring tone for my A900 samsung phone. i tried with the usb but all i can do is set a background. and i dont want to pay just to do somthing i should be able to do anyways, so is this spring focus for free or do i have to have a vision account and pay for every upload??? btw does anyone know if bitpim has a hack out for this phone yet? thanks guys! whats a good 3gp2 converter that wont mess up the quality?
ANy upload that uses data services will cost you 3 cents/kb unless you have a Vision plan. It sounds like you do not, so yes, you would be charged for data usage if you use the Focus tool.
lol sprint wants to charge for everything, why cant we just pay monthly and use it like a house phone? they should make home phone range like 20 mile radius.. damn well is there a way i can disable text (sms) and all that extra stuff that'll cost me on my phone so i dotn accidentally click accept?
Well, every carrier will charge you for data usage if you don't pay a monthly fee for the data packages they offer, so Sprint is not alone there. To disable text messages, I think you can either log into your account manager and find the text messaging section (under user tools maybe?) or you can also call customer service and ask that all incoming texts be blocked.
