    Yeah, I know I won't be like that when I start, if they try to make me be like that, I'll tell them no thanks and quit. that's just ridiculous, they can't give you a straight answer. They give you the run around and hope you "understand" and go away. I highly doubt they will ever get any better with their CS.

    well like its been said here and in other threads......there have been signs of improvement in Sprint's CS.......though slow and painstaking they're getting better.....cuz they know that their reps suck

    If you could tell me in what ways is it getting better? Not questioning them just want to know some details so others can benefit as well.

    thats a start but also notice the fewer rants and raves about Sprint on this board the past couple of months......the official forum that Sprint has created where ideas are being submitted....dedicated online chat.......bringing CS back overseas.....generally pretty short wait times.....and i havent had a single problem with any reps when i called

    If the service with your centro is so bad and you are roaming all of the time why don't you just get rid of the service. $200 is a lot of money, I understand that... but if you put that phone up on Ebay you'll likely get a good 150-200 for it. If you can't stand the service, the phone, and the situation with roaming then just leave Sprint. You don't HAVE to be with them.

    Also, don't talk to low level reps that don't have the power to make any changes. Call CS and ask to speak with the disconnect dept or retentions... those are the people that are going to be able to help you out.

    I NEED HELP AND SPRINT ISNT HELPING DOSE ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A SAYNO 2700?!??!?!?!?!?!? my problem is When ever i go to click on my fun frames it says i cant because of its "current resalution" how do i fix this? Plz Help!

    try going into the camera settings and either turn up or down the resolution of the camera.

    The "people" on the Sprint livechat are really bots. I had this confirmed by a Sprint employee. But it is painfully obvious if you have any experience with this type of program. Don't waste your time; the info they give you is only partly. Correct.
