hey all. when sprint credits you money its like a sprint gift certificate right? its not like they send you a check or anything. can this credit be used for anything sprint related? (ie pay bills, buy new phones etc). thanks (asking because they credited me A LOT of money because of a billing mistake over the past 3 years
Sprint gave me a credit for 120.00 because customer service told me they would give me free 6pm nights. I called back because it wasn't added & I was told because I had a "retention" plan, they were unable to add it. Because my acct was noted, the rep gave me the 10.00 per month x 12 months. I just left it as a credit on my account, to be applied to my monthly bill. I would think you should be able to apply it to your bill, or even purchase a phone, like you mentioned. When in doubt, I would check it out with the customer service rep to make sure.
