Has anyone had a similar problem with this? Out of the blue, yesterday Sprint cancelled my account. Making 6 calls to 5 differant departments, every rep being very rude to me..come to find out that because I had a past due balance of $101.00 my not only turned my 2 lines of servce off..but just totally cancelled my account. All the reps told me that I would be charged $200.00 per line for a total of $400.00 ETF. The $101.00 paymet is actually in the mail and I've called my bank to stop payment on the check..anyhow..my question is..does Sprint have the right to cancell an account and charge the ETF on an account that THEY cancelled? Anyone have any thoughts on this?? Thats OK I've got T-Mobile as well and I prefer them over Sprint!!
